We offer furnished contractor apartments in Ulm, centrally located in the neighborhoods of Wiblingen, Weststadt, and Söflingen, with excellent transportation links close to the A8 highway. Accommodating 4-6 persons, our apartments feature double and some single rooms. We exclusively provide long-term lease agreements to companies with indefinite contracts. The minimum rental period is 6 months, priced at €15 per person per day. Please note that we do not rent to individual persons.

Each apartment is equipped with a balcony or terrace. Both rooms and kitchens come with new appliances, including internet access. We ensure the use of only high-quality mattresses for all beds. Parking facilities are available.
